Travelers have the flexibility to book hotels based on their preferences and budgetary considerations. Our services encompass various categories, from budget-friendly lodgings to upscale options, available in key cities such as Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Lumbini, as well as budget guesthouses in trekking areas.

We specialize in arranging hotel accommodations at competitive rates, often unavailable through direct bookings. Kindly inform us of your accommodation requirements, and we will ensure a seamless booking process. Regarding cancellations and amendments, we kindly request notification at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival. Travelers have the freedom to select accommodations that align with their budgetary constraints and specific needs.

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR RESERVATION AND BOOKING

Booking and Confirmation

When reserving a room, we require your name, address, arrival and departure times, and preferred method of payment.

A room reservation becomes binding upon verbal or written confirmation and receipt of a reservation confirmation number. The hotel reserves the right to implement various rules, such as a reservation fee or credit card guarantee, to secure the reservation.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation or specified in the confirmed rate or reservation period, rooms can be cancelled until 6:00 PM on the day prior to arrival without incurring a fee.

Failure to arrive without cancelling the reservation will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay, including taxes and additional services per room, being applied to your credit card.

Early Departure

Early departures must be communicated to us no later than 4:00 PM on the day prior to the agreed departure date. For reservations spanning multiple nights, the full amount for the entire stay may be charged for early departures. Additionally, early departures may affect the confirmed room rate.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards. While we are not obligated to accept foreign currency, vouchers, checks, or credit/debit cards unless stated otherwise, the hotel may voluntarily do so.

If the reservation has not been pre-paid, settlement should occur upon arrival at the hotel via cash or credit card. For room reservations, we reserve the right to authorize and charge international credit cards. A reservation fee may be applied to the credit card as a prepayment, which will be deducted from the final bill.

Guest Behavior

Guests are expected to adhere to hotel rules and exhibit proper conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises. In such instances, guests remain responsible for payment of accommodation and any additional services ordered. Refunds for payments already made are not applicable.

For safety reasons, only registered guests are permitted on private hotel premises, such as hotel rooms, and room occupancy limits must not be exceeded.

Valuables

Guests may store valuables in a safety deposit box within their room or request storage by the hotel. Charges may apply for this service. Exceptionally valuable items must be declared to the hotel before storage, and the hotel reserves the right to refuse storage of such items.

The hotel assumes no liability for valuables stored in safety deposit boxes within guest rooms. Similarly, the hotel bears no responsibility for damage or loss of vehicles parked in the garage or hotel parking area, or for valuables left inside vehicles. The hotel disclaims liability for unsupervised areas and their contents.

Guest Responsibility for Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally to hotel rooms or premises by themselves, their guests, or their pets. This includes hotel furniture, equipment, other guests’ property, and the behavior of accompanying individuals.

Renting Hotel Rooms for Minors

Reservations can only be made by individuals aged 18 and above. Adults making reservations for minors assume responsibility for the minor, regardless of whether they are staying with them. Unaccompanied minors require a letter of consent signed by a guardian, including the minor’s details and the guardian’s contact information.
