Vehicle Rental Terms and Conditions
- Reservation:
Confirmation of car reservation requires a 25% cash deposit in Gravity Expedition’s account or direct cash payment at our office. - Change of Reservation:
Any changes to travel plans must be communicated at least one day before the scheduled travel date. Failure to notify us will result in a 15% charge for changes made without prior notice. - Cancellation of Reservation:
Cancellation or changes to the reservation must be made at least one day before the scheduled date. Cancellations made on the reserved day will incur a 20% charge of the trip cost. - Vehicle Repair and Charges:
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all repair charges will be covered by Gravity Expedition, assuming full responsibility for any losses. - Interior Damages:
Clients are responsible for any internal damages incurred during the travel tour, such as seat leather tearing or broken seats, and will be charged accordingly. - Rules and Code of Conduct:
Clients are prohibited from smoking cigarettes or consuming alcoholic beverages during travel. - Vehicle Rental Service:
Gravity Expedition only offers vehicle rental services with a driver. Our drivers are experienced, courteous, helpful, and fluent in English. The price includes the cost of the driver, ensuring a luxurious and hassle-free journey for our clients. Please note that self-driving options are not available.
