Terms and Conditions for Car Rental
- Making the Reservation
A reservation for a car rental with Gravity Expedition will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% cash deposit. - Change of Reservation
If you need to change your travel plans, please inform us at least two days prior to your scheduled travel date. If we are notified on time, we will arrange for an alternative data at no additional charge. However, if the change is not communicated in advance, a 15% charge will be applied for the modification. - Cancellation of Reservation
Cancellation must be communicated at least one day before the scheduled travel date. For cancellations made on the day of the trip, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged based on the total trip cost. - Vehicle Repairs and Charges
In the event of vehicle breakdown or damage during the rental period, Gravity Expedition will assume responsibility for the repair costs. If the damage occurs due to a client’s fault, the client will be responsible for recovering the repair expenses. - Interior Damages
Clients are responsible for any internal damages to the vehicle, such as seat tears, broken upholstery, or other damages that occur during the trip. The client will be charged for the repair of replacement of the damaged items - Rule and Code of Conduct
Smoking and consuming of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during your journey. - Driver and Vehicle Rental
At Gravity Expedition, we provide a driver-inclusive car rental service. Our experienced, friendly, and professional drivers are possess extensive knowledge of Nepal’s routes and destinations. They will ensure your journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable while also acting as a local guide during your travels.
