Epic Heli Journey above Everest

Following a hearty breakfast, you will embark on a captivating sightseeing tour of various iconic places in Kathmandu, including Swayambhunath Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, and Bouddhanath Stupa. After an enriching exploration of the historical and cultural sites, return to your hotel to rest. Later in the evening, you will meet with your tour guide and a representative from Gravity Expedition Pvt. Ltd. for a brief session. The day concludes with an authentic Nepali dinner in a cultural restaurant, offering a delightful end to your day.

We depart from our hotel and head to the airport at six in the morning. After approximately an hour of flight, we arrive at the base camp of Mt. Everest. Although we do not land here, the breathtaking aerial views of the Everest region from above the base camp are truly awe-inspiring. Our next stop is Kala Patthar, where we get off from the helicopter for about 10 – 15 minutes to admire the majestic Himalayas, with view of Everest.

Following our time at Kala Patthar, the helicopter takes us to the stunning Gokyo Lake, where we pause for a few minutes to soak in the beauty of this pristine location up close.

After our memorable journey, we return to Kathmandu. In the evening, Gravity Expedition hosts a farewell dinner, providing us with an opportunity to share and reflect on our incredible experiences from the Everest Helicopter Tour.

It’s time for your departure. Connect with your travel companions, exchange emails, and organize your photos. Staff from Gravity Expedition will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport three hours before your flight.
