Seize the Heights of Pachermo Peak

19 Days

Overview

Pachermo Peak, which rises to 6,273 metres (20,581 feet), is one of the most popular destinations in the Rolwaling region. The Rolwaling Valley lies in the eastern central Himalayas, between two beautiful mountain ranges: the Gaurishankar Himal and the Rolwaling Himal. The Rolwaling Valley is nestled in the lap of the beautiful Mt. Gaurishankar (7,134m), which dominates the entire Rolwaling Mountain Range. Other stunning mountains in the region are Mt Chekigo, Mt Ramdung, Mt Tsobuche, and Mt Khang Nachugo. Tsho-Rolpa, Nepal’s largest glacial lake, is also located in the Rolwaling Valley. It is mostly inhabited by the Sherpa people and is regarded as one of the Himalayan seven hidden valleys. Pachermo Peak, located south of Tashi Lapcha, is a spectacular snow mountain that was first ascended in 1955.

Tashi Lapcha is one of the most popular hiking routes in the Rolwaling Valley, and it includes crossing the Tashi Lapcha Pass at 5,755 meters, which connects the Rolwaling Valley to the east Khumbu Valley. The Rolwaling Tashi Lapcha Pass Trek is a good combination of the tranquil and scenic Rolwaling region’s trails with the busier Khumbu area tracks. Join this Pachermo Peak climbing trip to enjoy regular trekking, learn basic mountaineering methods, and ascend with certified mountain guides at high altitude.
