Itinerary
You will arrive in Kathmandu valley at the Tribhuvan International Airport, and our agents from Gravity Expedition will be there to pick you up. They will take you to your hotel, where you can rest and enjoy a delicious and traditional Nepali meal. In the evening, you will have welcome dinner.
Today marks the first ride with your motorcycle. We will accompany you to the three major tourist attractions in Kathmandu Valley with our guide and backup transportation. Pashupatinath Temple, Bauddhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath are all UNESCO historic sites. Return to the hotel for final preparations for your journey beginning tomorrow.
It takes seven hours to ride your motorcycle to Pokhara. The road is entirely a busy freeway. Pokhara is Nepal’s natural city. Your guesthouse overlooks the beautiful lakes and laps of the Annapurna range. Evening walk around Pokhara Lake.
Start riding after breakfast at the hotel. It is a paved road until Beni. It takes approximately 3 hours to travel 104 kilometers. The hard road begins after Beni. The riding track runs along the bank of the Kali Gandaki River, which contains massive waterfalls. Reach Tatopani. Continue driving to Kalopani.Kalopani offers a good view of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche peak, and glaciers.
Begin biking after breakfast in Kalopani. The difficult road through the Kali Gandaki River passes through the magnificent Himalayan ranges of Annapurna, Nilgiri, and Dhaulagiri. Reach Muktinath (3800m), where you can visit the sacred Muktinath temple and Buddhist monastery. Ride back down to Kagbeni for the night. Kagbeni has an intriguing spot to visit that may be appropriate for your evening walking trip.
You can also explore the typical village Kagbeni in the morning. Then, after passing through the permit checkpoint at the end of Kagbeni village, our ride arrives in the Upper Mustang area. The majority of the riding road runs along the Kali Gandaki River’s bank and past typical local settlements.
Today was a thrilling day as we traveled to Lo-Manthang, the tour’s last destination. We pass multiple Mani walls and a large settlement called Charang. Panoramic Mountain Views are constantly seen from a different perspective. You will then see the walled-in village from a distance. It is best to rest once you arrive at a tea house to allow your body to acclimate.
Today we will go on a walk to investigate our surroundings. Namgyalgumpa, located on the valley’s peak, is important to the locals. Your excursion continues to Tingkhar Village. Tingkhar is the last and most important village in Lo Manthang. If time permits, explore another site, the four-story King Palace with spectacular Himalayan views.
Ride to the Nepal-Tibet border, Kora La. It is approximately 20 kilometers one way from Lomanthang. Get a view of the Himalayas and valley. Come back to Lomantang for an overnight.
Return the same way to Ghilling. Throughout the day, the view of plateau land and the panoramic Himalayas remained consistent.
Way back to kagbeni. If you still get time, you can have a walking tour around the village, monasteries.
Ride back to Tatopani viaJomsom, Marpha, and other typical villages. Enjoy bathing at Natural Hot Spring.
It is the same way to ride back to Pokhara. Enough time to walk around Lakeside after check-in in Hotel.
