Yala Peak Climb | Yala Peak Climbing with Gravity Expedition Overview

Yala peak climbing at 5,520m (18,110ft) is a realistic mountain climb in the Langtang region in northern Kathmandu. It is located near the Tibetan border and follows a high mountain range. Yala Peak is one of the most picturesque, and summiting it requires no prior climbing experience. The Yala peak climbing begins in Syabrubesi, just a few hours from Kathmandu.

The region offers a wide range of scenery and landscapes. Yala Peak climbing combined with the Langtang Valley hike provides an excellent opportunity to visit the Kyanjin Monastery (3,900m), a prominent Buddhist pilgrimage site.

The path follows the river up the valley through rhododendron trees, transitioning from a dry, nearly tropical climate to higher altitude, harsher weather. This ascent offers amazing views of the Manaslu range, Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Naya Kang, Ganesh Himal, Shishapangma, and Gangchempo (6,388 meters).

The tour passes through Langtang National Park. As a result, along the trip, there is a good chance of seeing wild boar, deer, bears, snow leopards, red pandas, and many wildflowers. Join us for Yala peak climbing as our guide teaches you about the physical and challenging nature of the sport, as well as how to use climbing gear.
